Bowinn Ma is the British Columbia Minister of Infrastructure in the Eby NDP government. BC NDP MLA for North Vancouver-Lonsdale since 2017. An engineer by training, she previously served as Minister of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness, where she led BC's response to the 2021 atmospheric-river flooding and subsequent wildfire seasons. Her infrastructure file covers the provincial capital plan, schools and hospitals construction, and major transit projects.
