
Tim McLeod is the Saskatchewan Minister of Justice and Attorney General, sworn in by Premier Scott Moe on November 8, 2024 after the Saskatchewan Party's October 28, 2024 general-election win. Saskatchewan Party MLA for Moose Jaw North since 2020, he was re-elected in 2024 with an expanded mandate. A practising lawyer before politics, he focuses on Indigenous-rights jurisdiction, bail-reform questions, and the Saskatchewan First Act constitutional framework. McLeod succeeded Bronwyn Eyre, who did not seek re-election in 2024 after serving as the province's first woman Justice Minister from May 2022.
