Previously Minister of Border Security and Organized Crime Reduction (2018-2019), Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness (2019-2021), Minister of Emergency Preparedness (2021-2023). Sponsored the federal cannabis-legalization framework that became 42-1 C-45.
