Alistair MacGregor is the NDP Justice Critic and MP for Cowichan-Malahat-Langford (British Columbia), elected in 2015. Sponsored Bill C-277 of 44-1 (the National Strategy on Brain Injuries Act), reintroduced as Bill C-206 in the 45th Parliament. Has also pushed for federal action on cooperative housing, supply management, and Indigenous reconciliation in the Vancouver Island context. Before politics he worked for previous Cowichan-Malahat-Langford MP Jean Crowder, a long-time NDP Indigenous-affairs critic.
