Andrea Khanjin is Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks of Ontario (since June 24, 2022). MPP for Barrie-Innisfil, elected in 2018. Previously Parliamentary Assistant to multiple ministers (Environment, Heritage, Children and Youth) under Doug Ford. Has led Ontario's environmental policy under the Ford government, including the cancellation of the previous Liberal cap-and-trade program (2018), the Ontario Carbon Trust framework, and the response to federal Clean Electricity Regulations.
