Rebecca Bligh is a Vancouver City Councillor for ABC Vancouver, first elected in 2018 with the centre-right Non-Partisan Association and re-elected in 2022 after crossing to Ken Sim's ABC Vancouver party. Before politics she ran a design and brand-consulting business in Vancouver. The longest-serving non-progressive on Vancouver council, she has supported the ABC Vancouver agenda including the 100 additional VPD officers, the dismissal of the city's chief planner, and the abolition of the Vancouver Park Board (the only elected park board in any Canadian city, which Sim moved to fold into city council in 2023).
